ECOTRICITY OFFICE REFURBISHMENT
This complete refurbishment of a three-storey office block involved a full electrical upgrade, including power, data, LED lighting, fire alarm, intruder, and door entry systems. The 12-week project was completed ahead of schedule and within budget, ensuring minimal disruption while achieving a high-quality, energy-efficient workspace.

PHOTOVOLTAIC INSTALLATION
Our team installed a 3.4kWp photovoltaic system, with the array split across two roofs featuring both rectangular and triangular modules. Designed for maximum output and efficiency, the system is expected to generate approximately 2,984 kWh of clean energy each year, helping reduce environmental impact and running costs.

For this open-plan office in Stroud, we delivered a full low-energy lighting solution. THE GREAT BARN - RE-WIRE AND RENOVATION
We had the pleasure of working with lovely clients who were new to the area, redesigning and installing the electrics for their barn conversion. The project involved upgrading the mains from a single-phase to a three-phase supply, liaising directly with National Grid, and coordinating with the groundworks team on the client’s behalf.
We installed new sub-mains throughout the property and outbuildings and carried out a complete rewire of the barn. This included the installation of high-quality lighting pendants, sconces, LED cabinetry and wardrobe lighting, as well as switches and sockets. We worked closely with the clients and their interior designers to achieve the desired finish.

COTSWOLD DESIGNER OUTLET - SWEATY BETTY & MERRELL SHOPS
Installation of internal shop lighting, security cameras, power points and sound systems. Working to tight deadlines, our team successfully completed the installations within a two-week program.
The works were carried out to detailed drawings, with close liaison between outlet contractors, the projects team and individual client requirements. As always, the team delivered a high-quality installation while managing variations to the scope, all within the agreed timescales and budgets.

FARM MAINS UPGRADE
Following an Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR) at a local farm, we identified a number of serious electrical safety issues. We provided a solution to relocate the mains supply to an alternative barn, install new switchgear, and re-feed all barns across the site with the latest overload and shock protection.
The farmer can now be confident that the electrical installation is safe and fully compliant with current BS 7671 Wiring Regulations.
